The quality policy of BARTHEL Kesselrohre Boilertubes GmbH is determined by the management. The management has committed itself to adapt the existing quality management system to the new DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. It is to be applied consistently and continuously improved. The quality policy is reviewed annually for its suitability and appropriateness and is adjusted if necessary. Our quality policy defines a framework for the specification of our quality objectives.
The stable quality of our trade services is the basis of our long-term successful business activities. For us, quality means meeting and, if possible, exceeding both expressed and unexpressed customer expectations. In this sense, our quality for our customers is an important criterion for their purchase decision, order placement and a long-term customer relationship. We always act in the interest of our customers and are a reliable partner in national and international trade. We also maintain a partnership relationship with our suppliers, as they are an indispensable part of our trade relations.
Every employee strives to ensure a permanently high quality in the interest of our customers. Training and further education are clearly regulated in the quality management handbook and are constantly implemented.
All processes are transparent and clearly defined. They are subject to a continuous improvement and further development process with the aim of achieving and further improving customer satisfaction. New processes are immediately documented and the documents are controlled accordingly in order to ensure permanently high quality in all areas.
